Leelanau Energy is pleased to announce that it is hosting an electric vehicle car show to be held from 10am to noon on June 19 at the North Park (farmers market near the intersection of highways 22 and 204) in Suttons Bay, MI.

The show aims to feature car owners so that they may share their experiences of driving EVs in northern Michigan with the public. No car dealers or car companies will be making presentations. In this way, those who may be curious about EVs can hear first-hand accounts of the advantages and challenges of owning and operating an EV in Michigan.

A broad selection of EV makes and models will be present including BMW, Cadillac Lyric, Chevrolet Bolt, Chevrolet Equinox EV, Ford Lightning, Ford Mach E Mustang, Hyundai Ionic 5, Jaguar I Pace, Nissan Leaf SV Plus, Rivian R1T, Tesla Model X, Tesla Model Y, Volkswagen ID4, Volvo EX30, and a EV converted Ford Econoline.

The public is warmly welcomed to come see these cars and learn more about them from their owners. Leelanau Energy hopes to see you there on June 19.
