Every month, The Garden Theater in Frankfort co-hosts a Monthly Movie Club with The Betsie Current newspaper and Kilwins.

This month, they are celebrating the two-year anniversary of starting these events by going back to what started it all: back in October 2023, they showed Practical Magic, rated PG-13 from 1998 starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as a pair of witch sisters.

At that inaugural event, 135 people showed up and 90% were dressed as witches. To celebrate, they will again be showing Practical Magic, this time on Thursday, October 30, at 7:30pm.

The film is free, and attendees are encouraged to wear witch costumes: if you do, you get a free treat from Kilwins. This is a great way to celebrate the spooky season with your community.
