A developer wants to build a 1,500 acre solar array on land spanning Wexford and Grand Traverse Counties.

IPR's climate solutions reporter Vivian La was at a planning commission meeting last night where residents voiced their opposition.

Developers are hoping to amend the zoning ordinance to accommodate the large scale solar array. Officials tabled the discussion until a public hearing

Also, "Trucker Randy" Bishop and his wife, Antrim County Clerk Victoria Bishop's radio station settled a defamation lawsuit with Onaway business owner Tom Moran yesterday.

The details of the settlement are currently unknown.
