Katherine Phillips, or Baby Kate, was just four months old the last time her mother held her. She went missing in Ludington last June.
Sunday night, family and close friends celebrated Kate's first birthday. They ate cake, blew bubbles and held a vigil - with hopes and prayers the little girl is still alive.
