What happens when two squeaky clean college kids - Brad and his fiancée Janet - are on their way to visit a former professor and their car breaks down outside a creepy mansion? They meet the charismatic and cross-dressing mad scientist, Dr. Frank'n'Furter, and the evening takes an unexpected turn. This science-fiction and horror-themed production is a satirical tribute to B-movies and an unforgettable adventure filled with fun, frolics, frocks and frivolity.

A fun, creative way for parents and their children to connect and learn dance together.
In this weekly class, you will discover the joys of expressing yourself through dance with your child. Designed to be both exciting and educational, these classes help in the development of your child's gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and love for music and dance.
Inside a natural-light-filled studio with stunning views of the waterfront, a world-class Interlochen dance instructor will guide you as you strengthen your bond with your child. Each week, you will experience a warm, supportive environment that encourages self-expression and social interaction. Special focus will be placed on rhythm and moving your bodies to the beat of different types of music.

GTCD’s Fall Native Seedling Sale is a first-come, first-served sale (no pre-orders) on Saturday, October 25th from 10:00am - 2:00pm outdoors at the Boardman River Nature Center featuring native Michigan conifers - balsam fir, red cedar, red pine, white pine, and white spruce. We will also offer native perennial plants, including garden kits.
Planting in the fall allows these native species to become well-established over the winter and start off the next growing season strong.
Information stations staffed by GTCD naturalists and local partners will help you select species for your property and teach you how to support forest health not only in your own backyard but throughout our region. Additionally, enjoy family-friendly activities like pumpkin painting and hiking at the Natural Education Reserve!
A playful contrast in scale, monumental paintings meet intricate miniatures.
All exhibits are free and open to the public! Groups Welcome.
Gallery & Gift Shop Hours: M-F 11am-4pm, Sat 11am-3pm.
