WSH Presents "Little Shop of Horrors"Presented by TC West Senior High School MUSIC March 13-15 and 20-22, 2026
Based on the 1960 film by Roger Corman and featuring a book by Howard Ashman, music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Ashman, Little Shop follows meek plant store attendant Seymour, his co-worker crush Audrey, her sadistic dentist of a boyfriend and the man-eating plant that threatens them and the world as we know it.
Six women gather for a much-needed girls' night out. The plan is to eat, drink and create works of art at a local paint and sip night while celebrating a bride to be. But as the alcohol flows, so do their thoughts on motherhood and womanhood, and their carefully curated lives get hilariously and heartbreakingly real.
This play reading of a new work by Interlochen's Visiting Playwright, Megan Rivkin, is a twisted farce about family, catfishing, greed, and the digital age.
Warning: Adult themes and intense language - for mature audiences only. Presented in collaboration with Mashup Rock & Roll Musical and Solstice Theatre Company
Tickets buyers are encouraged to make a donation or pay what they can, but there is no actual ticket fee.

Alluvion Arts presents We Will Not Whisper, an exhibition featuring 19 female visual artists, collectively responding to the ongoing erosion of civil liberties and democratic institutions in America.
The exhibition opens to the public on March 7, 5-7 pm inside Commongrounds, 414 E. 8th Street, Traverse City, Michigan, on the second floor. Artwork is exhibited on both the first and second floors of Commongrounds and varies in technique from painting to collage to assemblage and fiber.
The exhibit was conceived in early 2025, when a group of Northern Michigan artists began to talk about the emotional and practical impacts of recent federal social and civic policy changes on their studio practices. Weeks of conversation lead to the idea of creating an exhibition that employs the visual arts to take on and reflect upon these difficult times.
Exhibit Hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm
Showcasing works in wood, paper, and fiber, featured artists will present furniture, textiles, paper assemblages, basketry, and more in both functional and decorative creations.
