The Interlochen Area Chamber of Commerce will present their annual “Light Up Interlochen” on Dec. 6. Events will be held at Tom’s Food Markets, located at 9475 Market Dr. Events will start at 3:00 p.m. and will include food tents, beer/wine tent, hot chocolate/coffee tent,, horse-drawn carriage rides, treats and presents for children, photos with Santa and more family friendly features. This event is free and open to the public.

Santa Claus will light a 30-foot mega pixel tree at Tom’s Food Markets, featuring synchronized light and sound and pyrotechnics that can be enjoyed over FM radio promptly at 6:00 p.m. The sound and light show will last 25-minutes and feature traditional and contemporary holiday classics.

Additional nightly light shows featuring the display will occur every half hour from 5 p.m. to -10:00 p.m. until Jan. 1, 2026.
