Yoga for Health Education (YHE) will be offering “Almost Free” Classes throughout the day Tuesday, September 5, and Saturday morning, September 9. A variety of one hour yoga classes are designed to introduce people of all ages to the personal health and restorative benefits of non-competitive exercise. There is a low fee of $10 per class ($15 for two classes or $20 for three classes) and all the money collected will be donated to Conservation Resource Alliance (CRA). CRA is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization working to restore and protect over 700 miles of rivers, 5000 miles of tributaries and diverse forests throughout 4 million acres in northwest lower Michigan.
