The AAUW-TC invites you to an engaging evening with Laura Glenn, Chief Operating Officer of Munson Healthcare.

In her role, Ms. Glenn leads the advancement of Munson’s strategic plan for rural healthcare delivery—overseeing seven hospitals, more than 100 ambulatory facilities, and a comprehensive home care division. Prior to joining Munson in 2017, she served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Beaumont Health Physician Partners.

Ms. Glenn will share insights from her career journey—reflecting on the evolving role of women in healthcare leadership, the impact of gender on professional opportunities, and how her experiences since beginning as an intern in 2004 have shaped her path to executive leadership.
