Interlochen Public Radio is honored to present a full day of special programming in observance of Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Join us on Classical IPR from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. as we pay tribute to the bravery, sacrifice, and service of the men and women of the United States Armed Forces.
Throughout the day, listeners will hear a variety of classical music that celebrates and commemorates our veterans, including performances by military bands, orchestras, and choruses.
The broadcast will also feature salutes recorded by IPR listeners, sharing personal messages of gratitude to those who have served.
“Many of our listeners are veterans themselves or have friends or family who served, so we're looking forward to giving our community an opportunity to celebrate veterans through music” said Amanda Sewell, IPR’s Music Director.
