Alex Fiterstein, Alon Goldstein and Amit Peled

Pianist Alon Goldstein, cellist Amit Peled and clarinetist Alex Fiterstein are all respected soloists, teachers and ensemble musicians. They formed the Goldstein-Peled-Fiterstein Trio in 2005, and in recitals, they perform as soloists, in duets, and as a trio.

On Wednesday December 19, the nationally syndicated classical music program Performance Today will feature music performed and recorded at Interlochen.

Join Classical IPR at about 10:35 a.m. Wednesday to hear pianist Alon Goldstein and cellist Amit Peled perform two movements from Ernest Bloch's From Jewish Life.  Goldstein and Peled recently performed in the Dendrinos Chapel and Recital Hall at Interlochen Center for the Arts.

The Goldstein Peled Fiterstein Trio performed Hasidic Fantasy by Joachim Stutschewsky in Studio A at Classical IPR. The group sat down with Nancy Deneen and discussed their chamber music and other facets of their musical lives. They perform tonight in the Dendrinos Chapel Recital Hall at Interlochen. Alon Golstein is the piano soloist with the World Youth Symphony Orchestra at Interlochen this Sunday, July 30th. On Friday he stopped by Studio A and shared music by Domenico Scarlatti, Alberto Ginastera, and Claude Debussy.
