Near Traverse City, federal spending cuts are hitting a museum that’s known for its display of rare musical instruments and music-making machines.

Interlochen Arts Academy flute students studying with Nancy Stagnitta came to Studio A to give a preview of an upcoming off-campus recital at the Music House Museum.
