Katie Yee has written numerous short stories and essays, and has been published in publications such as the Los Angeles Review of Books, Epiphany, and Literary Hub. Her debut novel started out as a short story that got too long. It’s called “Maggie; Or, A Man and a Woman Walk Into a Bar.” Katie talked with Interlochen Public Radio reporter Ellie Katz at Milliken Auditorium in Traverse City in July of 2025.
