Pianist Sandra Shapiro serves on the faculty of the Cleveland Institute of Music. She has also taught at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and Interlochen Arts Academy.
Shapiro recently gave a recital at Interlochen Center for the Arts entitled "In My Father's Footsteps - A Daughter's Search for Answers." This recital is the first of the four-part series "Musical Roots: An Exploration of Cultural Heritage."
