A crackdown in Hull Park

Traverse City leaders are considering a new ordinance which would allow police to arrest people in local parks for what’s called “prowling." It’s a charge that could land a person in jail for more than 90 days.

This comes after mounting safety complaints at Hull Park — including recent assaults — caused police to step up enforcement.
