All week we're talking with brothers Jacob and Eddie about the animals they interact with when they're outside.

We've talked about snakes, bugs, turtles, and fish. During our last episode this week, we'll explore... spiders!
As long as 600 years ago, in a certain area of Italy, there was a disease that people thought was caused by the bite of a tarantula.
To cure it, the sick person had to dance in a frenzy in order to work out the venom. People would clap around the dancer in a circle shouting: "Faster! Pick up those feet!
The dance is called a "tarantella" — like tarantula — but we don't do that anymore for medicine.
What do you think spider music could sound like?
Here's a traditional tarantella dance and music performed by Richard Hayman and The Manhattan Pops.
