
Delia Zaleski
Classical IPR InternDelia Zaleski is a rising Junior at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Flute Performance, studying with Alberto Almarza.
She has been playing the flute for 10 years and she has previously studied with Lorna McGhee and Nancy Stagnitta.
She graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy in 2020, and in the past couple years she has received national recognition for her flute playing including first prize from the National Flute Association High School Soloist Competition in 2020.
Apart from flute, Delia is an avid reader who dabbles in writing and enjoys learning about music history.
She can also regularly be found caring for houseplants and spending time with her cat.
