This is the time of year when For Sale signs start popping up with the spring crocuses and tulips. But the home-buying season might be a challenge this year in Grand Rapids, despite high home prices.

Ryan Ogle, president of the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors, based in Grand Rapids, joined Stateside to discuss the area’s logjammed housing market, the factors contributing to that logjam, and what is needed to break it loose.
