The Oliver Art Center's annual Juried Exhibition showcases the best work of regional artists in all media. Visitors will find paintings, photography, sculpture, fiber art and more.
The reception on Saturday, October 10th, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, is free and open to the public.

Come to the museum and take part in a vibrant participatory artistic experience every second Sunday of the month (except November)! From printmaking to weaving, each session offers a unique and creative activity. Second Sunday Art Projects are included with museum admission. Please pay admission at the front desk when you arrive.

In honor of Veterans Day, volunteer attorneys through the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim BarAssociation will once again provide free estate-planning services to veterans as part of the annual Wills for Veterans program.
Veterans participating in the program may receive, at no cost:
• A Last Will and Testament• A Durable Power of Attorney• A Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care/Designation of Patient Advocate, with assistance graciously provided by volunteers from Munson Healthcare

Join LTC environmental education staff at the Charlevoix Public Library for an evening with one of northern Michigan’s most iconic and least often seen mammals. By November, black bears are moving toward their dens and their bodies are undergoing a remarkable physiological transformation. We’ll follow a bear’s year from spring emergence through the frenzied hyperphagia of fall, exploring how they read and move through the same forests, wetlands, and ridgelines that define the landscape LTC works to protect.
