Song of the Lakes will return to the stage on August 22, at 7 p.m. for a symphonic collaboration with the Benzie Area Symphony Orchestra (BASO).

The concert includes new orchestral arrangements of Song of the Lakes' songs by Tony Manfredonia.

In addition to performing with Song of the Lakes, BASO will perform the first symphony by Johannes Brahms.

There is a suggested donation of $15 for adults and $10 for seniors to attend the concert. Children under 18 are free.

The orchestra is asking audience members to observe the Covid guidelines of the Benzie-Leelanau Health Department, which currently call for wearing masks indoors when social distancing is not possible, regardless of vaccination status.
