Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week class that runs from April 13th through June 15th on Thursday evenings along with a full day Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday June 3rd.
MBSR is an evidence-based, well -researched program that offers secular intensive mindfulness training to assist people with a host of stress-related physical, emotional and psychological conditions.
This is a hybrid class being offered both in-person and online via Zoom and each MBSR session includes:
An Orientation (1 hour)
8 – MBSR Class Sessions (2 ½ hours ea.)
Full Day Silent Mindfulness Retreat
Free Online Guided Meditations
