Black History Month: Storyteller Rosie Chapman (on Zoom)

Help celebrate Black History Month with storyteller Rosie Chapman. Rosie Chapman aka Miz Rosie – The Storyteller is entertaining and educational in presenting her unique style of storytelling which she calls “edutainment”. She will have audiences of all ages, laughing, clapping and singing as she involves them in her storytelling experience. African and African-American Folktales will come to life during her performance which will be accompanied by African instruments. This Zoom event is open to all audiences. Miz Rosie, is a storyteller, author, poet, artist, therapist and school social worker who thrills audiences of all ages with storytelling. Rosie’s interactive “edutainment”, combining educating, enlightening and entertainment, tickles the soul, warms the heart and stimulates the mind. She is currently a school social worker in Utica Community Schools, author, photographer, a multimedia artist, an art therapist and a psychotherapist. Ms. Chapman has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Bluffton University (English Major and Theatre Minor), a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Master of Art Education from Wayne State University.
