Interlochen Public Radio hosted the Transom Story Workshop at the end of August. They gathered stories about life in northern Michigan.

This program will air as a special on IPR News Radio at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20. How to listen

In late August, Interlochen Public Radio hosted a special workshop. The organization Transom, based in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, brought its traveling workshop here for a week.

Transom is one of the nation’s premier places to learn and refine audio journalism.
