The Director of Leadership Giving at Interlochen Public Radio is responsible for managing the Leadership Annual Giving (LAG) Program, focusing on annual gifts of $1,000 or more. This role involves engaging with a diverse pool of leadership donors and managing a personal portfolio of top prospects as well as managing the leadership annual giving program. Key responsibilities include developing and executing acquisition, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. The position requires close collaboration with IPR staff and Philanthropy colleagues, fostering relationships with donors, and actively contributing to fundraising goals.
The Corporate Sponsorship Manager at Interlochen Public Radio (IPR) and Interlochen Center for the Arts (ICA) is responsible for raising financial support primarily through underwriting sales for IPR and Arts Festival sponsorships for ICA. This role involves cultivating and maintaining partnerships with businesses, aligning their brands with IPR's and ICA mission. Key responsibilities include developing sponsorship packages, managing contracts, and ensuring the fulfillment of sponsorship benefits. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to IPR’s and ICA’s mission, and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
