Childcare Initiative Phase One Data Report
The Childcare Initiative at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey spent a year surveying childcare needs of employers, parents and providers in Emmet County and published this report in Summer 2023.
Kids Count 2023 by The Annie E. Casey Foundation
Kids Count is an annual national study published by the foundation each year, this was published in Spring 2023. The report is intended to inform policy makers through data collection and calls to action. The reports covers not just childcare, but the wellbeing of children.
Untapped Potential in Michigan:
The Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce and The U.S Chamber of Commerce published this report in Summer 2023 to cover the economic impacts of insufficient childcare to the state and employers.
