Questions are being raised across the state about possible changes for public schools. The possible changes include the way the schools are funded and how emergency managers can have an effect. IPR's Bob Allen interviews Michigan Radio's Lindsey Smith about some of these issues. Smith has been reporting on Muskegon Heights, which was taken over and privatized by an emergency manager.
Smith is also a panelist at an education forum in Benzie County Monday, February 25.
