Composer, percussionist, producer, drummer and studio musician Clara Warnaar is featured on this week's program.

A 2009 graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, Warnaar is now based in New York City and has a multifaceted career.

Classically trained as a percussionist, Warnaar has appeared in several recent motion picture soundtracks, including "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and "The Fate of the Furious." She's also a drummer in the band Infinity Shred.

Warnaar's own compositions are conceived using the program Ableton and are often created with recorded sounds from her environment.

She has also commissioned works from other composers, such as the ongoing project A New Age for New Age.
