Don Winslow has written 25 books, most of them crime novels. The latest is called City in Ruins. It’s the third in a trilogy featuring his character Danny Ryan. Don’s also known for his books The Force, Savages, and the Cartel trilogy. A number of his works have been adapted for TV and film, with more on the way. Author and National Writers Series co-founder Doug Stanton spoke with Don at the City Opera House in Traverse City.
