Hear The Metropolitan Opera's recent production of "Falstaff," Verdi's comedic opera based on "The Merry Wives of Windsor" and Shakespeare's "Henry IV," on Saturday at 1 p.m. on Classical IPR.
The opera was Verdi's last, and tells the story of Sir John Falstaff, a knight after two married women.
Baritone Michael Volle stars as Falstaff and Daniele Rustioni conducts.
