Cellist/conductor Lynne Tobin

Meet Lynne Tobin, TSO cellist and music director and conductor of the Traverse Symphony Orchestra Civic Ensembles!

On Sunday, March 6th at 3:00 pm, the Traverse Symphony Civic Strings Ensemble Program is putting on their winter concert! This week on Kids Commute, conductor Lynne Tobin tells us all about that upcoming concert, and talks about what the Civic Strings Program does.

The concert will take place at City Opera House and this show's theme is: "Animal Antics: Where the Wild Stings Are!" Each piece of music is about a particular animal!

Following this theme, every piece you'll hear on Kids Commute this week is ALSO animal themed.

The concert is free and open to the public; more information can be found at this link.
