The plot and music of "Anything Goes (1934)" varies quite a bit, depending on the production, but it's always full of crazy mix-ups, some high-stepping attempts at evangelism, and some of Cole Porter's wittiest lyrics. All aboard the SS American for Porter's wacky and beautifully sung show!
This is the 1962 Revival version of "Anything Goes" featuring Hal Linden (TV's "Barney Miller!") in the lead role of Billy Crocker, and the fabulous Eileen Rodgers as Reno Sweeney (in a role created by Ethel Merman).
