Free coronavirus testing in northern Michigan this weekend

  The Michigan National Guard will be on site at two Northern Michigan locations this weekend to assist health departments in administering free COVID-19 tests.

 

The coronavirus testing will be available to any Michigan resident, regardless of symptoms. No appointment is necessary. 

 

The Grand Traverse County Health Department is offering testing from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st. The drive-thru testing will take place at the home of the Traverse City Pitt Spitters, Turtle Creek Stadium.

 

COVID-19 testing will also be offered at the Mackinaw Recreation Center from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on May 30th and May 31st, according to District Health Department No 4.
