'KPop Demon Hunters' with Millie: Using your voice for good — Friday

This week, let's dive into the music of "KPop Demon Hunters" and its covers by the Vitamin String Quartet.

Hear today's full episode by clicking "Listen" above or find "Intermezzo" from your favorite podcast app.

Welcome to Intermezzo from Interlochen Public Radio, where we take a few minutes to bounce some ideas around about classical music.

We’re on the last day of "KPop Demon Hunters" with Millie. We left the Huntrix in a bad spot yesterday with the friends torn apart, the bad energy spreading quickly through the world, and demons turning fans into more demons. Even Rumi’s two friends are in a trance from negative thoughts.

When Rumi finally decides to be honest with her friends — and herself, she sings a song called "What it Sounds Like." The uplifting song breaks Mira and Zoey out of their trances and allows them to unite once again, and live in their truest selves. The Honmoon is restored and the world is saved!

Huntrix uses their singing voices and their fame to do good, spreading love to their fans. As we conclude our week with "KPop Demon Hunters," ask yourself, how can you spread good energy, just with your voice?
