This week we'll explore how you can feel hygge. We'll explore some super-hygge music that you can listen to when you are snuggling in a pillow nest, under soft blankets, with cocoa and a special stuffie or one of your favorite people.
Hygge is a Scandinavian aesthetic — think soft candlelight and natural wood all around, a little reading nook full of cozy pillows and soft knit blankets, and music playing that helps your mind gently wander.
