On Tuesday, July 18th, at 1 pm, Kira Davis will visit the Leland Township Public Library for a program called "Protecting Our National Park Sites and All Our Relations."
As a young Native American, Kira Davis traveled across the country on a journey to reconnect with her culture and recognize her heart’s calling. National parks held the loving space in which she could grow. Kira will give an overview on her role at the National Parks Conservation Association and describe how her personal journey and the concept of “all our relations” – the interconnectedness of all beings – shapes her works protecting our precious waters.
