Oliver Art Center is accepting submissions for the PO-ART-Ree Popup exhibition.  This show presents the collaborative creative efforts of artists and poets, based on the definition of ekphrastic poetry as  “a vivid description of a scene or, more commonly, a work of art.”  Beginning on July 3, artists and poets can work together and submit jointly, or they may come to the art center and write a poem on a work of art on display in the show.  They may also submit a work of art created in response to an existing poem (please present this with the work – and remember to attribute the work!).
