Join Table Health Registered Dietitian, Carol Bell for an evening meal that combines the best foods of middle eastern cuisine paired with locally made beers crafted by Earthen Ales. Our menu will highlight an Arabic salad, mujadara, baba ghanoush and beef kofta kabobs paired with beer sample. We’ll learn about spice and herb combinations that define this style of cooking as well as healthful ways to enjoy indulgent meals. This will be a time of community connection, laughter and food inspiration!
