Area Libraries Invite Fruit Lovers to Talk with Chef & Author Abra Berens

Michigan author, farmer and chef Abra* Berens** will speak with fruit and cookbook lovers on Thursday, April 11 at 6pm at the Traverse Area District Library.

Abra Berens will discuss her latest cookbook 'Pulp: A Practical Guide to Cooking with Fruit' which was recently selected as a Michigan Notable Book for 2024.

Great Lakes Culinary Institute students will recreate both sweet and savory recipes from the cookbook for attendees to sample at the free April 11th event at the public library.
