The Detroit-based quartet Six Mile Strings is in the area as part of the IPR Live 2022 Summer Concert series. They performed Thursday at the Workshop Brewing Co. in Traverse City.
Saturday morning at 11:00, Six Mile Strings will appear at the Traverse Area District Library main branch as part of a Kids Commute event, introducing young people to the string quartet in a fun and intimate setting! Learn more about the event here.

They will perform a wide repertoire of music, including new works from the album they recorded here at Interlochen Public Radio!
