On Wednesday, April 6, Interlochen Arts Academy Instructor of Flute and Chamber Music Nancy Stagnitta will perform a recital with her colleagues. The concert will take place in the Dendrinos Chapel Recital Hall on the Interlochen campus.
Ahead of this recital, Nancy Stagnitta and Soojin Kang performed Ballade by Frank Martin in Interlochen Public Radio's Studio A. The flutist spoke about her relationship with the piece.
"This is a piece that has been in my life for a long time," she explained. "I've performed it multiple times, but it just felt like it was time to bring it back."
This Wednesday's concert featuring Nancy Stagnitta, Soojin Kang, Bryan Conger and Dane Philipsen will be held in the Dendrinos Chapel Recital Hall at Interlochen at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. No tickets are required.
