Timothy McAllister is a Grammy Award-winning saxophonist who has performed and taught around the world. He has appeared on dozens of recordings and premiered more than 200 works. He is an alumnus of and a faculty member at Interlochen Arts Camp and serves on the faculty of the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance.
McAllister and pianist Liz Ames will perform tonight at Interlochen. Ahead of their program, they came to Studio A at Interlochen Public Radio to share a concert preview
The concert is tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Dendrinos Chapel Recital Hall at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Admission is free and no tickets are required.
