An Interlochen Arts Academy student trombone quartet performs in IPR's Studio A

Two student brass ensembles from Interlochen Arts Academy recently visited IPR's Studio A.

They gave a preview of pieces that they will be performing on the Academy Brass Ensemble concert on Wednesday, Oct. 27.

Interlochen Arts Academy student trombonists perform Debussy's "Dieu! Qu'il la fait bon regarder!" in Studio A

The trombone quartet members are Kimmy Nelson, Elías Rashmawi, Parker Pernyak and Jordan Strominger. They performed Claude Debussy's chanson "Dieu! Qu'il la fait bon regarder!"

They performed the first movement of the Brass Quintet no. 1 by Victor Ewald.

All musicians are students of Tom Riccobono at Interlochen Arts Academy.
