For week 4 of the 99th Interlochen Arts Camp, the World Youth Symphony Orchestra took the stage of Kresge Auditorium with Interlochen alumnus Keitaro Harada at the podium.

The program of "Orchestral Fireworks" opened with the United States premiere of Natsumi Yamamoto's "Utage," a work inspired by Japanese summer dances.

WYSO then performed the evocative "Sorcerer's Apprentice" by Paul Dukas and the "Montgomery Variations" by Margaret Bonds, before ending the program with Alexander Borodin's "Polovtsian Dances."
