OUT Ensemble is made up of University of Michigan graduates Alan Cook, Abigail Bracken, Sophia Bracken, Jenna Stokes and David Michael.

Their mission is to increase the representation of LGBTQ+ composers and performers in classical music.

This August, they will be performing the music of Henriëtte Bosmans at World Pride in Amsterdam.

They also just released their first album, "Seasons of Change," which features music from Samuel Barber and Jennifer Higdon alongside two new commissioned works from Nora Farley and Mattie Levy.

OUT Ensemble is currently touring in Northern Michigan. You can hear them live at IPR's Classical Happy Hour on July 1, 5:30pm at Little Fleet.
