IPR needs a creative and organized individual to help make that a reality by managing our business operations and leading our engagement efforts with listeners, donors and our community. Assistant Director - Operations and Engagement core responsibilities:
- Lead engagement initiatives including community events, partnership development, audience communications, and other special projects.
- Direct three fund drives annually in coordination with Interlochen Center for the Arts’s Philanthropy department, assist with delivery of sponsorship messages, and be a point of contact all year for supporters and Philanthropy staff.
- Manage business operations such as billing, staff calendars, station merchandise, facilities needs and legal compliance matters.
- Supervise a part-time office manager.
