Classical IPR's children's podcast Classical Sprouts has come to an end. The final episode was posted on May 20, 2024.
Classical Sprouts launched in 2022 as an offshoot of the popular daily radio program Kids Commute.
Hosted by Kate Botello and produced by Emily Duncan Wilson, Classical Sprouts included episodes about ballets, operas, musicians, instruments and more.
Classical Sprouts also collaborated with the Metropolitan Opera on three different occasions.
Past episodes will remain online and available in podcast platforms, but no new episodes will be produced and no new content will be posted on the Classical Sprouts Instagram account.

Our young listeners and their families are welcome to join us for Kids Commute, airing daily at 7:40 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. during the school year (Labor Day through Memorial Day).
