Pour-over method. Water quality. Solid extraction. The world of specialty coffee-making can seem a lot like chemistry class. 

This December somebaristasmay actually feel like they're in class as the Specialty Coffee Association of America is certifying coffee professionals this month. 

Stateside's Sean McHenry gives us a glimpse into the world coffee brewing as he pursues an ideal that only a barista can help him find.
