The Traverse Symphony Orchestra recently welcomed pianist Sara Davis Buechner to its Maestro Series.
The world-renowned pianist presented music of composers from Spain, Portugal and Latin American in a recital at the Cathedral Barn at Historic Barns Park in Traverse City.
Buechner also performed one of her original compositions, entitled "Escenas callejeras del Bronx" (Street scenes from the Bronx).
