Nancy Deneen
Music Host and ProducerNancy Deneen has a background in classical music as a performer and teacher. She is passionate about sharing a variety of music with radio listeners of all ages.
When not on the air at IPR, she enjoys the natural beauty and fabulous arts scene in Northwestern Michigan. She is an avid walker - in the summer sun or while wearing snowshoes in January. Nancy spends time in Lake Michigan's waves whenever possible (as long as the water is a reasonable temperature).
She loves to attend live performances in our area and when traveling – some favorites for concerts include Interlochen Ensembles of all kinds, and the Traverse Symphony Orchestra.
Nancy lives in Traverse City with her family and pets.

Pocket Winds members Rylan Collins, William Simpfendorfer, Elise TeKolste, Audrey Bray performed the music of Jacques Ibert in IPR's Studio A. They will join other Interlochen Arts Academy students going on tour in New York later this month.
