MINI LANDSCAPE PAINTING & FOIL

Mini Canvas: Landscape with Gold Foil with artist Julie Tibus.
Craft a breathtaking landscape that features a tasteful gold foil embellishment. Our process begins by applying a tinted gesso underpainting to a 6” x 6” canvas, followed by a sketch of the scene. We then carefully apply gold foil to the areas of the reflection and sky that require it. You will then be guided through the creation of a dynamic and dramatic sky and
landscape, complete with a winding river and towering grasses. Each step is demonstrated with ample opportunity for individual coaching. This class is designed to be relaxed and beginner-friendly, and you will leave with a delightful finished painting.

Open to all skill levels.
Julie will supply your canvas.

SUPPLY LIST:

A variety of Acrylic Paints - Liquitex Basic Acrylics are fine: White, Payne’s Grey, Cad Yellow Med, Turquoise, Magenta, Primary Blue, Black.

Various Acrylic Brushes: be sure to have a 2” flat, one flat angled, #8 round, and a Filbert brush.
